Attorney Robert J. Hamilton

Robert J. Hamilton was born and raised in the Will County, IL area.  Robert is a graduate of Joliet Catholic Academy and the University of Iowa. He completed his post-secondary education at DePaul University for graduate school and The John Marshall Law School. Robert was selected to The John Marshall Law School’s Dean’s List for top academic achievers in his law school class.

Robert Hamilton has worked for both the Cook County and Kane County State’s Attorney’s Offices where he prosecuted criminal cases, sitting first chair on several bench and jury trials. Robert has valuable experience on the civil side of the courtroom as well, working for a distinguished Judge in the Circuit Court of Cook County’s Jury Trial Division in a courtroom that hosted high profile personal injury cases.

Robert’s main practice areas are Real Estate, Bankruptcy and Contract Law.

Robert is a long time board member of the Spanish Community Center in Joliet. He enjoys spending time with his wife, family, and friends. He loves the Iowa Hawkeyes, Chicago Bears, and fishing in local lakes and rivers whenever he can.

Attorney Luke Antonsen

Luke Antonsen was born and raised in the Beverly neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois and graduated from Marist High School. Luke has an undergraduate degree from The University of Iowa.  Luke was a Spanish major in college and he is fluent in the Spanish language. Luke went on to complete his law degree from The John Marshall Law School and was a member of the Dean’s List for his excellent academic achievements.

Luke’s main concentration is civil litigation, family law, and criminal law. Luke  has successfully litigated hundreds of cases from onset through final resolution via either settlement or jury trial, attaining exemplary results for our clients.

Luke is a member of The Will County Bar Association and the Phi Delta Phi International Legal Honors Society. He volunteers his time on the board of directors at the Spanish Community Center in Joliet, Illinois. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children along with traveling and the White Sox.
